Tripxcursion looks up every stop on Google Maps and tests the plan against opening hours on your dates, travel times, buffer time and the weather forecast. Each day gets a plain-language verdict, with fixes.

  • Use the rearranged plan to fix timings for a day in one tap.
  • Find an open place nearby to swap a closed stop for a similar one. Or keep your original plan.
  • Rules decide the verdicts, not AI, so results are consistent and explainable. AI only reads your plan.
  • Honest about uncertainty. Anything that can't be confirmed is marked unverified, never silently OK. Unclear place names? You confirm. We won't guess for you.

Group trips stall when friends have different budgets and nobody wants to say theirs out loud. With Blind Budget Match, everyone enters their maximum privately. Tripxcursion works out one shared budget the whole group can afford, then builds a group itinerary that fits it.

  • Truly private. Amounts are processed only on our servers. Not the organiser, not your friends: nobody sees anyone's number, or who has the lowest limit.
  • Invite with an 8-character code or share straight to WhatsApp. Codes stay valid for 7 days.
  • Must-haves and deal-breakers ("No early starts") plus an optional stay preference shape the plan.
  • Fair by design. If the first draft runs over budget, the app automatically tries a leaner plan.

What is Tripxcursion?

Tripxcursion is an AI trip planner app for Android and iOS. It creates a personalised day-by-day itinerary in about 10 to 30 seconds, checks any existing itinerary against live Google Maps data, suggests destinations near you by travel mood, and helps friends plan a group trip without anyone revealing their budget.

Is Tripxcursion free?

Tripxcursion is free to download and use at launch. If optional paid features are added later, they will be clearly shown in the app, with pricing, before you pay anything.

How does the AI itinerary generator work?

Enter where you're starting from, your destination, dates, travellers, travel mode (flight, train or car), interests, food preference, pace and total budget. Tripxcursion uses Google Gemini AI together with Google Places and Routes data to build a day-by-day plan with real places and real travel times. Trips can be up to 7 days long.

Can I check an itinerary from ChatGPT or a travel agent?

Yes. Trip Reality Check accepts pasted text or an uploaded PDF or screenshot (PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP or HEIC, up to 10 MB). Every stop is looked up on Google Maps and checked for opening hours on your dates, travel time between stops, buffer time, day load, weather forecast and seasonal risks. Each day gets a clear verdict and suggested fixes.

How does Blind Budget Match keep budgets private?

Each group member enters their maximum budget privately. The amounts are processed only on Tripxcursion's servers and are never shown to the organiser or other members. The group sees one rounded-down planning budget, and the plan is built to fit it.

How many people can join a group trip?

A group trip can have 3 to 20 members and last up to 30 days. Friends join with an 8-character invite code that's valid for 7 days and can be shared straight to WhatsApp.

Does Tripxcursion work outside India?

Yes. You can plan a trip to any destination and use your preferred currency. Mood suggestions are based on your location and stay within your country.

How do I find weekend getaways near me?

Pick a travel mood such as Hills, Beach, Heritage, Wildlife, Spiritual, Adventure, Lakes & Waterfalls, or Cafés & Hangouts. Tripxcursion suggests verified places near you, starting close and widening step by step, and never repeats a place until you've seen your whole country.

How accurate are AI-generated itineraries?

Tripxcursion grounds its plans in Google Maps places, opening hours and travel times, and marks anything it can't confirm as unverified. Details like timings, prices and closures can still change, so always confirm important bookings with the venue or provider before you travel.
